Casa Buganvila Policies

Please review the following for a comfortable experience without misunderstandings.
1. Check-in: The time of entry to the property is after 1pm.
2. Check out: No later than 12-midday.
3. Energy: For your comfort, included are 60 kws of energy per day. This has been tested and is sufficient to run all of the air conditioners in all of the bedrooms overnight for nine hours at 25c / 77f. Extra charge per KW exceeded is $.35 per KW. The meter is read at check-in and check-out.  To minimize excessive energy use, close all doors and windows when the air conditioners are in use, turn off when you are not in the rooms, and consider fresh air in the living spaces during during the day.

4. Staff and responsibilities: Casa Buganvilia has maintenance, cleaning and security staff. Whether or not the guest wishes to bring their own staff, the house staff will always be present for the comfort of the occupants and also to assist the guests with the operations of the home. 

 - Housekeeper Dinora: The housekeeper is in charge of cleaning and keeping everything in order in living areas. She will not enter the bedrooms unless requested. Cleaning of the bedrooms and exchange of towels and bedding can be done on the third day or as needed at the guests' request.

 - Maintenance/Security, Dayton: He is in charge of maintaining the pool, green areas and the mechanics of the house. Please ask Dayton for any small repair needs, or contact your host for larger issues.
5. Everything in the house has been carefully inventoried. Any missing or broken items beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from a deposit or charged to an account.

6. The use or storage of toxic, chemical, food or flammable materials that put the safety of the property and neighbors at risk is expressly prohibited. Fireworks are completely prohibited.

7. ONLY THE GUEST AND THEIR REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED. No outside visitors without hosts' permission.

8. Casa Bungavilia is in a residential neighborhood. To ensure respectful conduct with neighbors, Quiet Hours are 11pm to 7am.

9. No pets allowed

10. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

11. No glass bottles or glass cups or eating or drinking inside the pool.

12. Do not sit on the interior furniture when you are wet.

13. Shower before entering the pool

14. We are not liable for forgotten items please check the house before leaving the property.
